customer care

• orders placed before 12pm KST on weekdays will be shipped the same day. (excludes weekends and public holidays)
• orders can only be cancelled while they are in the "preparing for shipment" stage.

return & exchange period

• requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item via customer service.

return shipping fees

• for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, a round-trip shipping fee will be charged (KRW 3,000 one-way).
• if the return is due to a defective product or incorrect delivery, the shipping fee will be waived upon confirmation.

returns not accepted if:

• the product has been opened (label removed) or used
• the product box is damaged and not resellable
• the item is custom-made (e.g., engraved)

if a product is defective, it will be handled in accordance with the consumer dispute resolution standards provided by the Korea fair trade commission.
